With a strong entrepreneurial drive and focus on industry excellence, Rony is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to the world of business. Exclusively practicing in corporate law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions, he handles all matters from corporate finance to daily governance for corporations at all stages.

Rony started with the firm while still pursuing his law degree at the University of Ottawa. After graduating with honors and passing the bar, he joined the practice as a lawyer.

With his immense knowledge of both the complexities of business and legal issues, Rony is able to provide his clients in the U.S. and all across Canada with a comprehensive framework and effective solutions for the challenges facing their businesses.

He has helped clients structure their businesses and several private placement financing in a wide variety of industries, including real estate development, cannabis, retail, and new technology.

His experience in these areas allows him to advise his clients wisely throughout all stages of their entrepreneurial journey, anticipating the problems that could potentially arise throughout their business relationships.
