Bryan Robinson
Founder and Partner
Founder and lawyer, Bryan Robinson, is a passionate, skilled and highly experienced business lawyer, having dedicated his 17-year career to helping clients navigate complex legal processes.
Since being called to the Québec Bar in 2002, Bryan has exclusively practiced business law, focusing his practice in the areas of startups, corporate law, financing, and other commercial activities.
He has extensive experience in corporate financing, including private equity, which has led him to frequently analyze the various exemptions from Regulation 45-106 respecting prospectus exemptions under the Securities Act.
Besides being a skilled lawyer, Bryan also works as a professor at the University of Ottawa, where he has been teaching courses for the Civil Law degree program and the Master’s program in Notarial Law for nearly a decade. Bryan is also a professor of the business law module at the Québec Bar School where he has helped educate hundreds of future lawyers and notaries.
At Robinson Business Law, Bryan continues his work as a professor by bringing his wealth of knowledge to the table to help educate and guide clients through complex legal processes.
In his spare time, Bryan sits on the board of directors for the following organizations:
